Converting purchase intent for a tech blue-chip
Beta testing for a tech client on Currys.com in Q4 2022 yielded an impressive RoAS of 11.10, far in excess of the category benchmark. As a result, we were tasked to expand our client’s Retail Media campaigns to additional UK and EU retailers.
With competitor activity increasing month on month across the retailer .com landscape, our client needed a strategy that would help generate incrementality whilst at the same time, defend their position within the category. So, we delivered a Retail Media strategy tailored to each retailer, supported by an increase in investment and collaborative campaign strategy.
The Outcome
Ad sales on Retail Media grew by over 80% quarter on quarter. Now, in 2024, RoAS is 80% above the category benchmark with an increase in sales of over 200% compared to the previous year.
