During the highly competitive Q4/2023 period, our client, a global tech giant, wanted Retail Media campaigns to support the UK launch of a new product that would extend their range within the category.
We developed a launch strategy that focused bidding and budget on the new product, whilst still driving visibility of the existing product range during the all-important Black Friday month.
Outcome
After just three months, our client’s ads achieved a 125% increase in sales MoM, and RoAS 37% above the category benchmarks.
Whilst I was UK Agency Manager for Amazon, I identified Melody as an agency that was driving significant success for its clients on Amazon. In recognition of this, I invited them to meet senior team members in Seattle and they were asked to join Amazon’s Solution Provider Network. Amazon has subsequently built a strong, collaborative relationship with Melody and Melody’s clients have enjoyed market-leading AMS results.
